How is it delivered?

Your exercise program will be run through a user friendly, interactive app, meaning you will have me, your coach, with you at all times. With support at your fingertips, you can have peace of mind knowing you are on the right path to optimal fitness and health. You will never second guess movement techniques, rep ranges, exercise selections or training volume again. I can review your training videos and provide constructive feedback, as well as answer any questions you may have. Whether you have a passion for jiu jitsu, a desire to participate in an Iron Man event, or an old injury is hindering your progress, I will design a program that suits your individual needs, while keeping it both challenging and enjoyable.

THE METHOD

  • Define your “why.” First we work together to set goals and develop a clear path to achieve them. This sets in motion behavioural change that will lead to newly formed habits and allow you to live a balanced life.

  • Then I develop a tailored exercise regimen and we plan your training to your lifestyle. Everything is designed and created by me, specific to your goals and preferences. The training encompasses anything from weight lifting to body weight training, to cardio in and out of the gym as well as stretching protocols. I am a firm believer of training to improve your life outside the gym and will work with you to incorporate your training into your schedule.

  • Your everyday habits form the foundation of your lifestyle, from small changes to improve your sleep, eating habits and overall mood to large changes like incorporating exercise into your busy schedule, we will work together to develop a healthy basis for life.

  • You open your workout app, you see a personalised training program created just for you. Tailored specific to your schedule, around those crazy work days or important social events. All movements are designed to suit your unique situation, even if you only have access to limited equipment. You have consistent support through Whatsapp and in-app messaging and are kept accountable to help you reach your health and fitness goals. You have all the perks of a coach without the hassle of lining up face to face sessions. This comes with time flexibility and without the cost of one-on-one sessions ($100/hr).
