ABOUT ME

I'm an accredited exercise scientist with a passion for health, fitness and human movement. With a wide scope of practice I strive to improve the lives of others through strength, mobility and aerobic fitness. Whether it's your first time in a gym or you're an elite athlete I am ready to help you reach your goals.

I am at home in the water and have spent years chasing waves around the world. I have a background in team, individual and water sports and spend my free time in the ocean or trekking through the mountains. I strive to live an active and exciting lifestyle and my training incorporates this. I believe that we train to live, we don’t live to train. I work hard in the gym to ensure the best quality of life outside of it.

I am dedicated to helping people create a healthy, sustainable lifestyle from wherever they are. I strive to educate and not just instruct. To provide people with the tools to create healthy habits that will stay with them forever. Fitness should be a state of being in all aspects of life. It’s not all about the gym, it is about a state of readiness to go, to swim, to hike, to run, to lift and to move.
